- To market "Got One" as a destination store for fishing tackle and outdoor leisure products, through direct marketing methods to our customer base. (catalogues etc).
- To develop a nationwide presence through our franchise network and promote through television, radio and sponsoring of fishing tournaments etc.
- To develop a strong internet presence through the development of our own "Got One" web site together with forming strategic on-line alliances with other web sites.
Systems:
- To maintain and improve our strong inventory and Point-of-Sale management system.
- To assist franchisees in co-ordinating and centralising creditor payment systems in order to maximise gross margin by obtaining the maximum buying price as well as maximising settlement discounts and volume rebates.
- All store stationery including letterheads, business cards, customer orders, gift vouchers etc., will be consistent throughout the franchise network.
