Roger Enriquez -  Managing Director

FCPA (Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants) 

Roger started his career in Chartered Accounting with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co.

In 1983 Roger joined Elders IXL Limited and worked in various senior management roles in the Corporate, Resource and Agribusiness sectors of Elders.

In 1989 Roger took the position of Finance Director for Spotlight Stores Pty Ltd (a privately owned company retailing dress fabrics, homewares and craft). This business has grown from $72 million sales in 1989 to over $400 million sales currently.

In 1997 Roger started his own financial services business, Berd Investments trading as Wealthmax Financial Services, assisting various clients in establishing and/or growing their businesses.

In June 2000, Roger became involved as a principal and executive director of Got One Pty Ltd and will be actively involved in the running of the business.

Roger is also a very passionate recreational fisherman, with extensive knowledge gained while fishing for both salt and fresh water species throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Sharon's support for franchisees in other areas such as book-keeping and back office functions makes her a valued member of the Got One Management Team.

David Bugalski - Consultant,

Bachelor of Economics, Monash University - Director, Finance and Administration

In 1993, David joined Spotlight Stores as a Financial Manager. Over the following four years, David was instrumental in implementing financial and administration systems as well as assisting Store Managers in developing a comprehensive understanding in their analysis of their Store performance.

In 1997, David joined Roger Enriquez as a principal and co-worker in Berd Investments.

David continues to assist Roger and Got One by making himself available to the Got One Group on a consulting basis.
